VANILLA YOGURT AND GRANOLA PARFAIT
A tulip glass of thick luscious vanilla yogurt layered with BGI granola,
ripe local berries and organic bananas
BEAR MUSH Sweetened with maple syrup, cooked with dried cranberries and
topped with organic bananas and cinnamon

A cold cereal of rolled oats soaked in soy milk and tossed
with bananas and berries
HUEVOS CON CHORIZO
Fresh corn tortillas with Roundman’s Smoke House chorizo, two eggs,
black beans, pepper jack cheese, fresh corn salsa and crème fraîche,
served with potatoes
NORTH COAST SALMON EGGS BENEDICT
Fresh salmon cake topped with wilted spinach, two poached eggs, dill hollandaise sauce, drizzled with smoked red pepper purée,
