We understand that circumstances beyond your control may require that you cancel your visit to Brewery Gulch Inn. As we are a small property, it is sometimes difficult for us to rebook a room on short notice. For that reason, we have the following policy regarding cancellations:
At the time of booking, a one-night deposit is required.
For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival, a service charge of $50.00 will be deducted from the guest's deposit and the balance will be refunded to the credit card on file.
With less than 14 days notice of cancellation before arrival, the guest will be responsible for any room nights that we are unable to be re-rent.
Cancellations policies for groups, special events or bookings during holiday periods may differ.
Brewery Gulch Inn STRONGLY advises guests to secure trip cancellation insurance to protect themselves against Acts of God or any other unanticipated circumstances. This coverage, offered by Allianz Global Assistance, can be found during the booking process on line.
